Our courses are designed for people of all ages who want to learn the basic skills of CPR and how to use an AED, as well as a Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers who, as part of their jobs as professional or volunteer first-responders, have a duty to attend medical emergencies

Founder & Instructor
Jennifer Martin, NP-PHC, MScN is a Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She now brings that experience to you as a certified BLS instructor. Certified by the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Jennifer is able to provide high quality CPR instruction to Health Care Providers as well as to the General Public.
